Stock and Availability

While we try to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate, unfortunately errors may sometimes occur. If an error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for an incorrect item.

We cannot guarantee availability on all items and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

If an item is out of stock at time of purchase, you will be notified so other arrangements can be made.

Pricing & Payments

All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

You will be billed in Australian Dollars.

What are my payment options?

We accept direct bank deposit. 

Is my card secure to use on your site?

Punktured Media values the security of your personal information. All details entered in our site go through a secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your details are encrypted and securely transmitted in through the payment gateway to be processed. Your credit card information is never stored.

Payment

When you make a purchase on Punktured Media website, you are agreeing that you are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used to place your order.

In the case of direct debit payment method, your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared in our account.

Fraud

All orders are subject to various security checks. If our fraud detection system detects an anomaly with your payment, you will be contacted to confirm your details. We reserve the right to hold your order during this process while we await your confirmation. If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or account and communicate your information to the relevant authorities. 

Discount Codes

If you are using a discount or coupon code, you must enter it at checkout prior to making your payment. If your order is paid without entering a code, you are agreeing to pay the full amount for your items. Discounts cannot be applied or refunded to an order after payment has been made. 

Shipping

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of payment. We accept no responsibility for lost or delayed items due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery, and additional time for remote areas or during peak periods. This time is an estimate only and not a guarantee of delivery. Unforeseen delays can occur once items leave our warehouse and are not our responsibility.

Postage Charges are $15.95 standard shipping for orders, and $8.95 for all other items within Australia. Free shipping on orders within Australia only over $100.

Express Post is a flat rate of $30 for Australia deliveries to postcodes within the Express Post Network. Please check delivery timeframe to your postcode on the Australia Post website, as postcodes outside of the area will incur additional delays. Australia Post offer the next business day guarantee – it is the responsibility of Australia Post to uphold that guarantee. Punktured Media is not responsible for delays once Australia Post is in possession of your parcel. 

 

Punktured Media does ship internationally outside of Australia.

 

 

Punktured Media reserve the right to increase postage charges on any order should we deem necessary i.e., excessively large orders or remote locations.

Returns

All purchases are final, and returns are not accepted, unless items are faulty. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.

Faulty Items

We will refund, credit, or replace any items that are found to be faulty on arrival, or within the warranty period (on warranty applicable items). If you feel your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at media@punkturedmedia.com and we will then advise you on how to return your item. Please include photos of the fault if applicable.

Breakages

While all care is taken with packaging of fragile items, breakages may occur in transit. If your item has arrived broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at media@punkturedmedia.com. Include photos of the broken or damaged item/s.

Please inspect your items thoroughly on arrival. If you do not report any problems with your item when you receive it, we assume that you received it in good working order without damage. We have no responsibility to provide a refund, exchange, or credit for items that you have damaged or broken yourself after the fact.

Images and designs

No permission is given to reproduce any of the logos, trademarks, brand names, artwork, images, or designs featured on this website and any such use my constitute infringement on the owners’ rights.

Your information

When you create an account on this website, you agree to provide us with accurate personal and contact information. If you have provided incorrect information, we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of this incorrect information.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person and/or close account for any reason including misuse and abuse of staff.
